两种EM菌剂对养殖水体水质及幼刺参生长性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 研究了两种不同浓度的EM菌剂对养殖水体水质、幼刺参生长性能的影响。实验设5个处理组,其中1组为空白对照组;其余4个处理组分别投喂EM菌剂工大2号0.5×109、1.0×109 cfu/mL、工大3号0.5×109、1.0×109 cfu/mL。实验周期30d,实验期间不倒池。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,4个处理组水体的COD、非离子氨、亚硝酸盐、硫化氢均低于空白对照组。投喂0.5×109 cfu/mL工大2号和0.5×109 cfu/mL工大3号EM菌剂对水体净化效果均显著。与空白对照组相比,4个处理组的增重率分别提高了101.4%、78.2%、60.7%和49.4%。综合考虑海参的生长性能和水质,0.5×109 cfu/mL工大2号EM菌剂在有效改善水质的同时又可以显著提高海参的增重率,是较理想的微生态制剂。 The effects of two EM probiotics on cultural water quality and growth performance of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicas were studied.Four treatment groups were fed with Gong Da No.20.5×10^9,1.0×10^9 cfu/mL,Gong Da No.3 0.5×10^9,1.0×10^9 cfu/mL respectively,while the control group was fed without EM probiotics.The experiment was lasted 30 dand all of the trial ponds were not poured during the whole experiment.The results showed that COD,nonionic ammonia,nitrite and H2 S were significantly reduced compared with the control group,and 0.5×10^9 cfu/mL Gong Da No.2and Gong Da No.3had better effect on water quality.Compared with the control group,weight gain rate of the four treatment groups were increased 101.4%,78.2%,60.7%,49.4%,respectively.Considering both of the growth performance and cultural water quality,0.5×10^9 cfu/mL Gong Da No.2was the best.
