摘要
以钛酸四丁酯通过溶胶凝胶法制得TiO2、微米硅和MCMB为原材料,通过简单的两步球磨法制备了Si/TiO2/MCMB负极材料。采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对其形貌、结构进行表征。结果表明,微米硅颗粒均匀的分散于石墨基体中,电化学性能测试表明首次放电容量为1 205.5mA·h/g,50次充放电循环后仍能稳定在496.3mA·h/g,循环稳定性有了很大的提高。
Si/TiO2/MCMB composite materials were prepared with TiO2,micron silicon and MCMB by two-step ball milling.SEM and XRD results showed the uniformly distributed micron silicon in the matrix of the graphite.Characterizing in electrochemical performance showed that the optimal anode delivered initial reversible capacity was 1 205.5mA·h/g and remained 496.3mA·h/g after used for50 cycles,suggested that its cycle stability was improved greatly.
