摘要
采用CaCl2、阳离子淀粉为絮凝剂,以聚丙烯酰胺为助凝剂,选取某选煤厂煤泥水样值悬浮固体(SS)69.1g/L、pH 7.8、黏度0.042Pa·s、溶解性固体0.92g/L、浊度54 000NTU的高浓度煤泥水进行沉降实验研究。通过3种物质的水溶液在煤泥水中与煤泥微粒的共同作用,使微粒絮凝沉降,煤泥水得到澄清。结果证明,在每立方米煤泥水中加入CaCl280g、阳离子淀粉15g及聚丙烯酰胺助凝剂12g,选取正确的工艺方法便可得到浊度小于30NTU的净化煤泥水。
High concentration of coal water slurry was studied using CaCl2 and cationic starch as flocculant and polyacrylamide as coagulant.The condition in sedimentation experiment of slurry coal was as follows:slurry value of suspended solids(SS)69.1g/L,pH 7.8,viscosity 0.042Pa·s,dissolved solids 0.92g/L,turbidity 54 000 NTU.The interaction of coal water slurry with slime particle in three kinds of material was made for particle flocculation sedimentation and the coal water slurry was clarified.Results showed that the turbidity of coal water slurry could be lowed less than30(NTU)when 80 g CaCl215g cationic starch and 12 g polyacrylamide flocculant were added in one cubic meter of coal water slurry.
