摘要
通过单因素试验考察了沉淀法制备Mg(OH)2阻燃颜料的最佳工艺,以Mg(OH)2平均粒度为评价指标。最佳条件为反应时间90min、反应温度60℃、MgCl2的初始浓度2mol/L。在此条件下,加入染料制备Mg(OH)2颜料,再将颜料进行硅烷改性。采用扫描电镜和红外光谱对Mg(OH)2颜料的形貌和结构进行分析,结果表明,片状Mg(OH)2颜料聚集成球形,表面改性后并未明显增加颜料大小。经硅烷改性后,颜料表面引入了不饱和基团,从而使阻燃颜料容易固载到纺织品上。
The optimal preparation process of magnesium hydroxide pigment was determined through the average particle size of pigment by single factor experiment.The optimal conditions were as follow:reaction time of 90 min,reaction temperature of 60 ℃,the initial concentration of MgCl2of2mol/L.Under the conditions,the magnesium hydroxide pigment was prepared and its surface was modified by silane coupling agent.The morphology and size of pigment particle were characterized by SEM and FTIR.The result showed that the magnesium hydroxide flake pigments gathered into a ball after modification,of which size did not increased significantly.The retardant pigment after modification could be immobilized onto the surface of textiles due to the introduced unsaturated bond,so that the fire-retardant paint readily immobilized onto the textiles.
