学科创新型人才队伍建设模式探讨

摘要 21世纪是人才的天下,在知识经济时代来临和医学技术迅猛发展的新形势下,医院面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,谁拥有更多的人才,谁掌握了核心技术,谁才具有更好的发展前景,拥有更大的主动权和竞争力。医院之间的竞争已逐渐演化成人才的竞争,显然,人才已成为目前医院持续、稳步发展的核心竞争力。而如何做好优秀医疗人才的引进、培养、应用,充分合理地利用人才资源,防止人才资源流失,是医院人才队伍建设的关键所在。现以贵州医科大学附属医院国家临床重点专科建设项目单位——贵州医科大学附属医院肝胆外科为例,从创新型人才队伍建设的策略方面加以阐述与剖析,为未来医院探索创新型发展模式提供有价值的经验。 Following an era of increasing knowledge and the present rapid development of medical science and technology, hospitals are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. A hospital that has more talent and core tech- nologywill have better development, more initiative and competitiveness. The competition between hospitals has gradually evolved into the competition for talent. Obviously, talent has become a key for steady and continuous development. How to do a good job introducing, cultivating and using medical talents, and preventing talent loss is the key for talent team-build- ing in a hospital.Taking the Hepatobiliary Department of Guizhou Medical University, a national clinical key subject as an example, the paper expounds and analyzes the innovative strategies for the talent team building and provides some valuable experiences on exploring the innovative development model for hospitals in the future.
