术后分期护理对股骨颈骨折患者术后髋关节功能恢复的影响

Effect of postoperative staged nursing on postoperative recovery of hip joint function in patients with femoral neck fracture

目的探讨术后分期护理对股骨颈骨折患者术后髋关节功能恢复的作用。方法选取105例股骨颈骨折手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,2组患者均接受常规的术后护理,观察组在此基础之上进行分期护理,观察2组患者术后6个月髋关节功能恢复及日常生活能力(ADL)的变化。结果经治疗,2组患者的髋关节功能及ADL评分均得到提升,而观察组患者的上升值显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后分期护理对股骨颈骨折患者术后髋关节功能恢复作用明显,能显著提高患者日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect of postoperative staged nursing on postoperative recovery of hip joint function in patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 105 patients with femoral neck fracture surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups were treated with routine postoperative nursing, and the observation group was treated with additional staged nursing. Recovery of hip joint function and daily living ability （ADL） after 6 months were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the recovery of hip joint function and ADL score increased obviously, and the increasing degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Postoperative improve the ability of daily life and hip joint function in patients with staged nursing can significantly femoral neck fracture.
