辨证施护在社区老年功能性便秘患者中的应用

Application of dialectical nursing intervention for community elderly patients with functional constipation

目的探讨辨证施护在社区老年功能性便秘患者中的应用效果。方法将60例老年功能性便秘患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用辨证施护,6个月后对比2组临床疗效。结果对照组临床总有效率为70.0%(21/30),观察组为93.3%(28/30),观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在社区老年功能性便秘患者中采用辨证施护能提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of dialectical nursing intervention for com- munity elderly patients with constipation. Methods A total of 60 community elderly patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into observation group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30）. The conventional nursing was given in both of two groups and the additional dialectical nursing intervention was applied in the observation. The clinical efficacy at 6 months after intervention was compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 70. 0 % （21/30） in the control group and was 93.3 % （28/30） in the observation group, the overall efficacy of the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dialectical nursing intervention can improve clinical efficacy and quality of life of functional constipation patients.
