健康教育联合心理疏导对冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者的影响

Effect of health education combined with psychological counseling on the treatment of coronary heart disease patients complicated with anxiety and depression

目的研究健康教育联合心理疏导对抑郁、焦虑冠心病患者的应用效果。方法选取62例本院接收的伴有抑郁、焦虑情绪的冠心病患者,均分为对照组和研究组各31例,对照组患者采取常规护理,研究组患者采取心理疏导联合健康教育的护理方式,观察2组护理后疗效。结果治疗后,研究组在SAS、SDS评分上均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论心理疏导联合健康教育对冠心病抑郁、焦虑患者进行护理,能显著缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological counseling combined with health education on the treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD） patients complicated with anxiety and de- pression. Methods A total of 62 CHD patients complicated with anxiety and depression were selected and divided into control group and study group, 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional nursing, while the study group was treated with the psychological counseling combined with health education. The nursing effect was observed. Results After treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For CHD patients complicated with anxiety and depression, the psychological counseling combined with health education can significantly relieve the patients＇ adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression.
