结膜囊冲洗法治疗流行性结膜炎的效果评价

Effect of conjunctival sac irrigation on the treatment of patients with epidemic conjunctivitis

目的探讨结膜囊冲洗法治疗流行性结膜炎的效果。方法 150例流行性结膜炎患者随机分成实验组和常规组。常规组应用传统的药水滴眼法进行治疗,实验组在传统治疗方法的基础上,结合结膜囊冲洗法进行治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果实验组的效果显著优于常规组,且3、5 d治愈率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论传统疗法结合结膜囊冲洗法治疗流行性结膜炎的临床效果好。

Objective To explore the effect of conjunctival sac irrigation on treatment of pa- tients with epidemic conjunctivitis. Methods A total of 150 patients with epidemic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group. The routine group was treated with tradi- tional eye drops, while the experimental group was treated with conjunctival sac irrigation on the basis of the routine group. Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results Clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the routine group, and the curative rates at three and five days were significantly higher than those of the routine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Traditional therapy combined with conjunetival sac irrigation is effective in the treatment of patients with epidemic conjunctivitis.
