一种高固低黏风机叶片涂料的开发及应用

摘要 采用新型结构的聚天门冬氨酸酯作为主体树脂,氟碳树脂作为改性树脂,脂肪族异氰酸酯为固化剂,研制成功了性能优异的风机叶片涂料,探讨了涂层性能的影响因素。结果表明,该涂料具有高固低黏特性,各项性能满足GL认证标准要求,是一种优秀的环保型风机叶片涂料。 With novel-structure polyaspartic ester as matrix resin, fluorocarbon resin as the modified resin and aliphatic isocyanate as curing agent, a kind of wind turbine blade coating with excellent performance were prepared. The influencing factors of coating properties were investigated. The result showed that the coatings had the characteristics of high-solid and low-viscosity. All the performance was accord with the standard of GL identification. It was a type of excellent environmentally friendly wind turbine blade coating.
