Networking is the important development direction of the information technology. This paper is based on Bionics, tree neural structure and building information modeling technology of the Internet of things, through the formation of this mode of networking system that use the comprehensive management of large data, not only can monitor or control the various electronic instruments and equipment in the residential buildings, but also can achieve maximum energy efficiency of the residential buildings. It is helpful to improve people＇s living quality, it has important significance to energy saving and emission reduction and low carbon consumption.
