摘要 物联网是今后信息技术发展的一个重要方向,论文探讨的正是使用仿生学、树状神经结构以及建筑信息模型的物联网技术,在居住建筑中的运用策略、途径与方法。通过组建这种模式的物联网系统,利用大数据的综合管理,不但能对居住建筑中各种电子仪器设备乃至建筑构造部件实现监测以及控制,还能让居住建筑实现节能最大化,有助于提升人们的居住生活品质,对节能降耗以及低碳减排具有重要意义。 Networking is the important development direction of the information technology. This paper is based on Bionics, tree neural structure and building information modeling technology of the Internet of things, through the formation of this mode of networking system that use the comprehensive management of large data, not only can monitor or control the various electronic instruments and equipment in the residential buildings, but also can achieve maximum energy efficiency of the residential buildings. It is helpful to improve people's living quality, it has important significance to energy saving and emission reduction and low carbon consumption.
