摘要 人们对特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)发病机制的认识经历了一个漫长的历程,Th2/Th22免疫应答、天然免疫、屏障功能、皮肤菌群等都在AD的发病中发挥至关重要的作用。其中屏障功能障碍和异常炎症应答是AD发病机制的两大核心环节,与这两大核心密切相关的皮肤菌群、天然免疫分子、瘙痒机制、营养、环境因素等,与两大核心环节相互作用,共同促进AD的炎症进程。 There has been a long history for the recognition of the mechanism of atopic dermatitis( AD),and Th2 /Th22 immune responses,innate immunity,skin barrier function and skin microbiota all play important roles in the pathogenesis of AD. Among them,disturbed skin barrier function and abnormal immune response are the most important links in the pathogenesis of AD,and skin microbiota,innate molecules,itch mechanism,nutrition and environmental factors are closely associated with the above two links,and work together to promote the progress of inflammation of AD.
