摘要
本文叙述了卷纸机的发展历程,介绍了现代卷纸机的性能、结构、特征和卷纸技术参数的调控系统。同时,详细地阐述了现代卷纸机对提高卷取质量、优化纸卷结构、消除卷纸纸病、减少纸张损失以及提高纸机和后加工整体生产效率等的影响。
Development course of reeler is reviewed,the functions,structure,features and controlled sys-tems of reeling technical parameters of state-of-the-art reeler are introduced in this paper.At the same time ,the effect of state-of-the-art reeler on upgrading reeling quality,optimizing reel structure,removing defects of paper,decreasing paper loss and increasing whole production efficiency of paper machine and after finishing is dis-cussed in detail.
