氟哌噻吨美利曲辛结合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗胃炎伴抑郁的疗效观察

To observe the curative effect of Flupentixol and melitracen combined with Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of gastritis with depression

目的研究胃炎伴抑郁患者应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛结合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法收集我院120例从2014年2月至2015年6月确诊为胃炎伴抑郁的患者,采用随机数字表法将120例胃炎伴抑郁的患者分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例);对照组采取单独使用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛进行治疗,观察组采取氟哌噻吨美利曲辛结合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。将两组患者的临床疗效、HAMA评分、HAMD评分以及不良反应进行观察对比并进一步分析。结果观察组的临床有效率96.67%明显高于对照组86.67%(P<0.05);观察的不良反应发生率8.33%与对照组11.67%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在治疗后的HAMA评分、HAMD评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛结合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗胃炎伴抑郁临床效果显著,有效改善抑郁焦虑等症状,不良反应发生率低,因此值得进一步推广。

Methods Collect our hospital 120 eases from February 2014 to 2015 June confirmed gastritis with depression patients, using random number table will 120 cases of gastritis with depression were divided into observation group （ 60 cases ） and control group （ 60 cases ）; while the control group adopted alone droperidol thiadiazole tons of Murray song Xinjin treatment, observation group adopt droperidol thiadiazole melitracen combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of. The clinical efficacy, HAMA score, HAMD score, and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 86.67 % （P 〈 0.05 ）, the incidence of adverse reactions observed in 11.67 % and 8.33 % of the control group was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; the HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group were better than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Droperidol thiadiazole tons beautiful melitracen with Shugan solution Suyu capsule in the treatment of gas- tritis with depression significant clinical effect, effectively improve the anxiety and depression etc. symptoms and adverse reactions occur rate is low. Therefore, it is worth further promotion.
