心理护理干预措施在注意缺陷多动障碍患儿中的应用效果分析

The clinical effects of psychological nursing in the pediatric intensive care unit

目的探讨和分析心理护理干预措施在注意缺陷多动障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿82例,按照随机数字表的方法,随机地分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=41),对对照组的患儿在药物治疗的基础上采取常规的护理措施,对观察组的患儿采取常规护理基础上的心理护理干预措施,进行干预后比较两组患儿的Conners儿童行为量表评分、平均言语智商、平均操作智商,并进行护理满意度调查,比较两组患儿家长的护理满意度。结果干预后观察组患儿的Conners儿童行为量表评分各项指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿的平均言语智商得分、平均操作智商得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿家长的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预措施在接受药物治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿中应用效果显著,有助于改善患儿的临床症状和智力水平,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss and analysis the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in the children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods 82 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n = 41 ） and the control group （n = 41 ） . The children of the control group were given conventional nursing care, the children of the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care. Intervention after com- parison of two groups of children with Conners behavior rating scale for children, the average verbal IQ, the average intelligence quotient, the average net operation points, and nursing satisfaction investigation, and comparison of two groups of parents care satisfaction. Results Observation group with Conners children＇s behavior rating scale indicators are significantly better than that of control group （P〈 0.05 ）, the observation group with the average verbal IQ scores, the average IQ score, average net operation is significantly higher than control group （P〈 0.05 ）, the observation group of parents care satisfaction is significantly higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention on drug therapy in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, application effect is remarkable, help to improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and intellectual level, improve nursing satisfaction, is worthy of popularization and application.
