优质护理对改善癫痫患儿治疗效果的研究

The effect of high quality nursing care on the treatment outcome of children with epilepsy

目的探究优质护理对改善癫痫患儿治疗效果的研究。方法 2013年9月到2015年9月期间,将我院收治的癫痫患儿160例作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其随机分为观察组与对照组:对照组进行常规的护理;观察组则在常规基础上进行优质护理。两组出院后进行随访,比较两组出院半年后的疗效、脑电图结果及依从性,并比较此次住院情况。结果出院半年后随访,观察组以及对照组患儿治疗后的总有效率分别为96.25%和81.25%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的脑电图结果比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组患儿按医嘱要求服药、发作能应急处理能力以及定期复诊的依从性明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的此次住院时间明显的短于对照组,住院费用也明显的少于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规基础上进行优质护理对提高癫痫患儿治疗依从性及治疗效果方面具有更显著的优势,是一种适合在临床中广泛推广的护理手段。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing care on the treatment outcome of children with epilepsy. Methods Between September 2013 and September 2015, 160 childhood patients with epilepsy were chosen as the research objects. According to the different ways of nursing care, they were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly. Routine care and quality care besides routine care were used respectively for the two groups.After leaving hospital for half a year, the treatment efficacy, EEG, and the treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Hospitalization situation was observed and compared as well. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.25 % compared with 81.25 % for the control group. The difference of the two groups was statistical significant （P 〈 0.05 ）; EEG results for two groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）; Length of stay in hospital of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, also the hospital cost of the observation group was significantly less （P 〈 0.05 ）; The compliance of the observation group was higher and the difference was statistical significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion High quality nursing care interventiont besides the conventional care has significant advantages on improving the treatment compliance and therapeutic effect for the children with epilepsy.It is worth to be promoted in clinical care.
