摘要
为提高选煤厂的煤泥浮选效果,通过X射线衍射分析、筛分、浮选等实验分析煤泥浮选特性。结果发现,煤泥中石英和高岭土含量较高,当矿浆浓度为100g·L^(-1),捕收剂(煤油)用量为1200g·t^(-1),起泡剂(仲辛醇)用量为100g·t^(-1)时,浮选效果最佳。
In order to improve the effect of coal washery in Panxian, X-ray diffraction, screening and flotation were explored to analyze the flotation characteristic of coal washery sludge. Results showed that when the slurry concentration was 100g/L, the collector dosage was 1200g/t, foaming agent was 100g/t, the flotation effect was good.
