摘要
学务导师是开放大学学生在学期间各项学习与活动的组织者、管理者和服务者,其角色定位和素质要求要紧紧围绕开放大学学员的需求。对570名开放学员的调查表明学务导师应该具备的基本素质包括:强烈的事业心和责任感、扎实的专业素养和荣誉感以及较强的活动组织能力和使命感等。学务导师角色的实现和素质提升,要从学务导师主体和学校机制两方面入手。学务导师要正确认识自己的职业角色和岗位价值,与"课程导师"建构稳固的"三同协作关系",不断优化学习支持服务。学校要善于运用网格化管理,倡导人本多元的服务模式,为学务导师量身定制专业的发展机制,努力建设一支素质好、责任心强、业务能力高的学务导师队伍。
Students' affairs tutors act as organizers,managers and service providers in students learning and activities,their role orientation and quality requirements should focus on the needs of students. Research among 570 students shows that,the basic qualities of the tutors include strong sense of dedication and responsibility,solid professional quality,sense of honor,strong organizational skills and sense of mission. The realization and improvement of these roles can be started from two aspects. One is that tutors should have a correct understanding of their professional role and position value,construct solid " three-side cooperation relationship" with course tutors and optimize the learning support service. The other is that Open University should tailor professional development mechanism for each tutor by effectively using grid management,and promoting diversified service mode,and strive to build a high-quality tutors team with excellent sense of responsibility and strong professional ability
