摘要
通过CuI催化的重氮酰胺与端基炔的交叉偶联反应,高效合成了11种此前未见报道的N-芳基取代联烯酰胺类化合物。对底物适用范围进行了扩展。原料和产物都通过~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR、MS和元素分析表征,确定了结构。
Eleven novel N-aryl substituted dienamides have been synthesized efficiently by the cross-coupling reaction between diazoacetamide and terminal alkynes.The substrates scope of this CuI-catalyzed reaction was explored.All substrates and products were characterized by ^1H NMR,^13C NMR,MS and elemental analysis.
