22例血液透析患者肺动脉高压相关因素分析 被引量：1

摘要 肺动脉高压是指各种原因引起的肺血管阻力升高的临床综合征,其发生发展是一个复杂、多因素的病理生理过程。越来越多的研究表明肺动脉高压是终末期肾病患者的常见并发症之一,最终可因右心功能衰竭而死亡,是透析患者死亡率的独立预测因素。因此,早期发现及治疗有助于改善患者的预后。
