尿液生物学标记物在早期糖尿病肾病的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 糖尿病过高的发病率和死亡率是一个全球性威胁。据2015国际糖尿病联盟(international diabetes federation,IDF)预测,到2035年全球糖尿病人数将达5.92亿,而大约30%的1型糖尿病和40%的2型糖尿病最终进展为糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephrophathy,DN)。DN是糖尿病主要慢性微血管并发症之一,是全球终末期肾脏病的主要原因。
