摘要
针对某厂生产的20号钢圆钢经穿管后出现折叠缺陷的问题,通过对连铸坯、圆钢、钢管三个环节的产品质量进行调研和分析,找到折叠的原因是连铸坯表面存在划痕。提出了改进连铸坯表面划痕的措施并对改进后钢材进行质量跟踪,使钢管成品率提高为98%。
An investigation about quality of billet,bar and seamless tube was carried out to find the reason for the surface enfoldment defect on 20# seamless steel tube. The results show that the scratch on the surface of billet is the main reason and after optimization the rate of qualified seamless tube is 98%.
