摘要
介绍了大型石灰回转窑天然气替代(重油改天然气)项目中多通道天然气燃烧器的应用、窑炉烟气组成及可回收热量的详细计算,此外,通过数值模拟手段对改造后窑内温度场、压力场进行仿真模拟,使改造后能源利用效率达到最优。
Introduced the application of multi-channel natural gas burner in a large lime rotary kiln natural gas replacement reform project and the calculation of its exhaust recoverable heat. Besides,simulate the temperature and pressure distribution after the reformation by using numerical simulation method to get the best reform results.
