幽门螺旋杆菌表位疫苗的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)是导致人慢性活动性胃炎、胃和十二指肠溃疡的主要病原菌。目前临床治疗尚有众多不足,相关疫苗的研制对预防及控制其感染意义重大。以基因工程或人工合成得到的抗原表位作为触发机体免疫机制的表位疫苗是一种新型疫苗,较之传统疫苗具有高效、高特异性等优势。Hp基因组的测序、注释以及生物信息学方法的应用,促进了表位疫苗研究的发展。表位疫苗构建过程的优化、应用过程中佐剂的多样化选择提高表位疫苗使用的实用性,增强其免疫原性。本文就Hp表位疫苗的表位预测与筛选、优化、佐剂以及递送系统的研究现状进行综述。
