摘要
以聚丙烯酸功能化的Cd S:Mn量子点为荧光探针,基于核酸对量子点强度的荧光猝灭,实现了对DNA的定量测定.在p H=6.6条件下,功能化量子点的荧光强度和小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的浓度(0.20-1.50 mg/L)成线性关系,线性方程为ΔF=173.99-62.02c,检出限为0.037 mg/L,相关系数R=0.999 4,RSD为1.28%(n=5).此方法快速、选择性好.
Based on the quenching effect of the nucleic acid on the Quantum Dots(QDs) fluorescence, the Poly(acrylic acid)-Functionalized Cd S:Mn QDs as fluorescence probe to quantitatively detect the DNA. The optimal p H is 6.6 and the fluorescence intensity of the functionalized QDs is linearly proportional to the concentration of ct-DNA from 0.20 to 1.50 mg/L. the linear equation is ΔF=173.99-62.02 c, the limit of detection is 0.037 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient is 0.999 4, the relative standard deviation is 1.28%(n=5). It shows that the method is rapid and sensitive.
