Association of hepatitis B virus infection and cardiovascular disease

HBV感染可引起许多肝外疾病，如皮肤疾病和关节炎等，但对心血管病变的影响关注和研究较少，且有些研究结果存在矛盾。此文总结HBV感染对心肌疾病、心衰、冠状动脉性疾病和心脏移植等心血管疾病的影响，以及HBV感染与代谢综合征之间的关系。

The HBV infection may lead to many extra-hepatic manifestations including dermatologic disease and arthrophlogosis. While little attention has been paid to the affects of HBV infection on cardiovascular disease, and some results of the previous studies are conflicting. In this article, we summarize the affects of HBV infection on myocardial diseases, heart failure, coronary heart disease, outcome of heart transplantation and metabolic syndrome. In addition, HBV infection combined with liver steatosis also has effects on cardiovascular disease.
