摘要
随着经济全球化和我国"创新型国家"目标的提出,创新这一企业取胜的关键因素进一步得到强化。员工的创新行为受到企业创新氛围、个体满意度等多重因素影响,具有复杂的内在机制。本文选取甘肃省甘南藏族自治州企业员工作为研究对象进行研究,在当地获得了483个有效样本后,检验假设模型,结果表明:企业创新氛围通过员工满意度对员工创新行为意向产生影响,员工满意度中介作用显著。最后,基于以上结论,文章提出了相应的政策建议。
Along with the economic globalization and the "innovation - oriented country" goal proposed, the innovation has become one of the key factors for the success of the enterprise. Employees" innovation behavior is influenced by multiple factors, such as enterprise innovation atmosphere, individual satisfaction and so on. This paper selects the Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province as the research object, after the 483 valid samples received, and test the hypothesis model, the results show that Innovation environment affects innovative behavioral intentions by employee satisfaction, and significant act as an intermediary role, then based on the above conclusions put forward the corresponding management recommendations.
