摘要
研究了不同Cr_3C_2添加量对纳米WC-6Co复合粉烧结的影响.结果表明:添加Cr_3C_2会细化晶粒,但过多的添加Cr_3C_2时,η相(缺碳相)会容易溶Co而分解,导致晶粒尺寸的粗化.随Cr_3C_2添加量的增加,硬质合金的孔隙率逐渐增加.当Cr_3C_2添加量为0.6wt.%,与未加Cr_3C_2材料的抗弯强度相比,抗弯强度提高约13%,材料的硬度可达到93.2HRA.随Cr_3C_2添加量的增加,硬质合金的断裂韧性逐渐降低.
The effect of Cr3C2 addition on the sintering of nano WC-6Co powder was studied. The results showed that the grain was fined with addition of Cr3C2, the grain began coarsening with excess addition of Cr3C2, which was resulting from the decomposition of the ηphase dissolving in Co binder phase. The porosity of the cemented carbide increased with increasing Cr3C2 addition. Compared with the cemented carbide with no Cr3C2 addition, the highest TRS with 0.6wt.% Cr3C2 addition increased by about 13%, the hardness was 93.2HRA. The fracture toughness (K1C) of the cemented carbide decreased with increasing Cr3C2 addition.
