薄荷油香精缓释聚乳酸多孔微球的制备探究

摘要 以聚乳酸为壁材,碳酸氢铵为致孔剂,采用双乳液溶剂挥发法,制备出了0.5-1μm的大孔聚乳酸微球,通过扫描电子显微镜对微球的形貌进行了表征,广泛探讨了不同制备条件对聚乳酸微球的影响.并对多孔微球吸附薄荷油香精缓释进行了研究. Based on Polylactic aci d (PLA) as wall materials and ammonium bicarbonate as pore-foaming agent, 0.5-1μm macroporous PLA microspheres have been prepared by double emulsion solvent evaporation method. The morphology of microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and different preparation conditions were widely explored for the influence of PLA microspheres. The peppermint oil adsorpted in Porous microspheres slow release were studied.
