摘要
挖空细胞跟正常细胞是不同的,它是一种病变的一种体现,在高倍显微镜成像中需要将挖空细胞与正常细胞区分开.本文提出挖空细胞在灰阶形式下的区分方法,挖空细胞相比于正常细胞的特征在灰阶图中能较好体现,分析并处理挖空细胞灰阶图,从而区分挖空细胞与正常细胞.实验结果表明,该方法可有效地区分挖空细胞与正常细胞.
Koilocytotic cells,a reflection of a lesion,are different with normal cells,which need to be separated from normal cells in high power microscope imaging.A koilocytotic cells under the gray-scale form distinction method is proposed in this paper,And the characteristics of the hollowed cells compared to normal cells can better reflect,analysis and process the gray-scale chart,thereby distinguish hollowed cells from normal cells.The experimental results show that the method can effectively distinguish between Koilocytotic cells and normal cells.
