三甲医院ICU护士伤口湿性愈合理论知识调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解ICU护士对伤口湿性愈合理论及湿性疗法的认知程度,为制定相关的理论及实践培训提供依据。方法:采用自制问卷,选取5所三级甲等医院的174名ICU护士作为研究对象,从伤口湿性愈合理论及湿性疗法两方面进行问卷调查。结果:20.69%的ICU护士没有听说过湿性愈合理论;知晓该理论的138名护士得分中位数为11.0分,四分位间距为4.0分,总体得分偏低;不同学历、职称、护龄、职务或是否为伤口小组成员湿性愈合知识掌握情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);获取相关知识的主要途径是同事交流,而最理想的途径是专业培训。结论:ICU护士伤口湿性愈合理论知识掌握情况不容乐观,院校和在职教育应结合多种形式提供专业系统的培训以满足其学习的需求,不断提高临床伤口护理水平。 Objective: To investigate the cognition degree of ICU nurses on the moist healing theory and the moist therapy in order to provide the basis for the relevant theoretical and practical training. Methods: The self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on the mastery of moist healing theory of 174 ICU nurses selected from 5 hospitals at the level of grade III-A. Results: 20. 69% of ICU nurses had not heard of moist healing theory; the median score of awareness of 138 nurses who knew the theory was 11. 0 points and the interquartile range was 4. 0,the scores was overall low; the comparison of the mastery of moist healing theory was significantly different between the nurses with different education background,professional title and nursing age,position and whether the team members of moist healing therapy team or not( P〈0. 05); the main way of obtaining related knowledge was exchanging with coworkers. Conclusion: The current situation of grasping moist healing theory of ICU nurses is not optimistic,colleges and in-service education should provide professional training to meet the learning needs of ICU nurses.
