摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务在门诊输液室患者中的应用效果。方法:将2015年1~2月收治的100例门诊输液患者作为对照组,给予常规护理;将3~4月收治的100例作为观察组,给予优质护理服务。比较两组输液知识知晓情况和满意度。结果:观察组在输液前准备知识、药物知识、输液原理知识、输液中观察与配合知识、输液后护理知识得分均高于对照组(P〈0.05),且各项输液知识完全知晓率高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组对输液室环境、护士态度、护士操作、健康教育满意率均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:将优质护理服务应用于门诊输液室患者中,可提高输液室患者输液知识知晓率和护理满意度。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing service in the outpatient transfusion room. Methods:100 patients receiving I. V. T. treatment in the outpatient infusion room from Jan. to Feb. 2015 were taken as the control group and the patients in this group were given routine nursing care; other 100 patients treated with I. V. T. in the outpatient infusion room from Mar. to Apr. 2015 were taken as the observation group and the patients in this group were provided the high quality nursing service. The awareness of transfusion knowledge and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results: The score of the patients' awareness of transfusion knowledge was higher in the observation group than the control group( P〈0. 05); the satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Application of high quality nursing service in the outpatient transfusion room can improve the patients' awareness of transfusion knowledge and satisfaction with nursing care.
