同伴教育在高压氧治疗患者中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨同伴教育在高压氧治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:将180例高压氧治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各90例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上加强同伴教育;比较两组高压氧治疗相关知识得分、焦虑自评量表(SAI)评分及高压氧治疗的依从性。结果:观察组高压氧治疗相关知识得分和治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),SAI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高压氧治疗患者加强同伴教育,可明显提高患者相关知识掌握程度,降低焦虑水平,提高其治疗依从性。
