高龄血液肿瘤应用完全植入式静脉输液港6例临床护理被引量：5

摘要目的:探讨高龄血液肿瘤患者使用完全置入式静脉输液港(VPA)安全性及护理方法。方法:收集6例老年血液病患者使用VPA临床资料,对VPA相关静脉输液、采血、并发症处理及出院宣教等护理经验进行分析总结。结果:本组6例患者均置入成功并长期使用,无血肿、导管相关感染、断裂等并发症,仅1例出现导管堵塞。结论:使用VPA能减轻高龄血液肿瘤患者静脉穿刺痛苦,使用安全可靠。
