摘要
本文详细介绍了南水北调东线一期工程泗阳站设计采用CFG桩法加固软弱地层形成复合地基方案的确定,并针对泵站地基基础的防渗要求,专题试验研究褥垫层施工方案。施工中改用桩顶放置水泥土、桩间保留原状土的复合褥垫层替代建筑地基处理技术规范中规定的砂石材料褥垫层,既满足了泵房地基防渗要求,又符合有效传递上部荷载,控制桩、土的承载比例,充分发挥了复合地基承载作用的要求。CFG桩复合地基技术在泗阳站工程中的改良应用,为类似水利工程建设提供了一个成功的范例。
CFG pile method is adopted for reinforcing weak formation and forming foundation in the design of Siyang Station of South-to-North Water Diversion Project east line stage I engineering, the plan of which is introduced in detail in the paper. Cushion construction plan is specially tested and studied aiming at anti-seepage requirement of pumping station foundation. In the construction, cement is placed on the top of pile, original soil is retained among piles, and such composite cushion is used for replacing sand mad stone material cushion layer regulated in building foundation processing technology specification. It not only meets foundation anti-seepage requirement of pumping station, but also is in line with effective transfer of upper load. Pile and soil bearing proportion is controlled. Requirements of composite foundation beating function are fully exerted. CFG pile composite foundation technology is modified and applied in Siyang Station Project, thereby providing a successful example for similar water conservancy project construction.
