In the paper, unqualified problems in cement mixing pile testing process of Suzhou Daosabang Sleeve Gate Project are analyzed. Main influencing factors of the problems are discovered. Corresponding rectification measures are adopted for handling, thereby ensuring the scientificity and accuracy of testing results.
