摘要
概述台湾灵芝品种的驯化过程。从菌种、木屑料的制备、杀菌接种、出菇管理、采收、烘干与加工等6个方面介绍台湾灵芝太空包立体栽培方式。工厂化栽培采取自动化与半自动化的处理与管理方式,实现栽培不入地、无土壤重金属污染,采用环境控制水质,无农药洒施,达到有机的栽培效果。
The organic and industrial scale cultivation of Ling-Zhi developed in Taiwan is basically depended on the automatically process and management, particularly no soil heavy metal contamination and no pesticides treatment in the greenhouse. Besides, by using environmental control to avoid water pollution and insect infection is so far majorly important step in the period of cultivation. Thus, the raw material of fruiting bodies can be identified as organic agriculture and be made of many kinds of bio-health products.
