摘要
简介块菌的基本特征与生物学特性,以及我国块菌的分布及其环境条件。指出山西省是我国最早发现块菌分布的地区之一,分析山西省的自然条件与块菌生息繁衍环境的关系。概述块菌在山西的着生区域的特点与采集处理的方法。
The truffle is a very rare,rich nutrition,expensive edible mushroom.There are more than 30 kinds of truffle resources currently reported in China.Shanxi is the earliest area found truffles distribution in China.Some forest areas belong to temperate,warm temperate zones,and the main soil conditions is brown soil.And the pine,oak,hazel,poplar,willow and many kinds of other plant species were found symbiosis with truffle.The environment conditions of Shanxi is good for truffles growth and reproduction.
