摘要
EPC工程总承包模式在我国建筑领域不断得到推广应用,贯穿于EPC工程总承包项目全过程的造价管理日益受到重视。分析论述如何有效进行EPC工程总承包项目中造价管理,使项目取得较高的经济和社会效益。
EPC general contracting mode is promoted & applied in domestic architecture field continuously, and the cost management running through the whole process of EPC general contracting projects is increasingly paid more attention. How to make the cost management effectively to realize greater economic & social benefits is analyzed and discussed in this paper.
