摘要
介绍了湿法制硫酸工艺在我国的应用情况。根据工艺的原理和特点。在生产过程中,操作人员应控制好燃烧炉温度、转化器进出口温度和冷凝器操作条件等工艺指标,保证装置的稳定运行。针对生产中出现一系列问题,提出了应对措施。
Application of wet sulphuric acid process in China is described. Accordance with the principles and characteristics of the process,the operator should control the furnace temperature,and the condenser outlet temperature converter operating conditions and other process indicators. Countermeasures are proposed for problems in the production to ensure the stable operation of the devices.
