摘要 介绍了东方德森能源有限公司20 kt/a废酸再生装置的设计和实际运行情况。阐述了采用高温焚烧、封闭酸洗净化、二转二吸、稀酸处理、尾气吸收工艺流程选择的合理性。针对国内已运行的多套废酸再生装置实际生产中遇到的问题,在该项目设计中采取相应的改进措施,使废酸再生装置各项技术经济指标良好,转化率达到99.9%以上,尾吸塔出口气体ρ(SO2)<200 mg/m3,成品酸质量达到GB/T 534—2014《工业硫酸》一级品标准。 Design and operation of 20 kt / a spent sulphuric acid regeneration in Dongfang Desen energy Co.,Ltd are introduced.Rationality of selection of high temperature burning,closed purification,double absorption,dilute sulphuric acid treatment,tail gas absorption process are described. In the design,the corresponding improvement measures were taken to solve the problems encountered in the actual production of a series of spent acid regeneration equipment,which made every kind of technical and economic index better,with conversion rate more than 99. 9%,concentration of outlet gas from the tail gas absorption tower less than 200 mg / m3,quality of finished sulphuric acid reaching the standards of industrial first-class products.
