Design schemes and technical details of Australia Nyrstar lead smelter acid plant are described. By the detail designing of pre-heating system in converting section,heat exchanger material,purification process,duct,pipeline and stack etc.,it can bring convenience to plant operation and ensure the sulphur acid plant run steadily for a long period of time as well as improve the level of energy saving and emissions.
