The high temperature heat pipe boiler＇s structure,design parameters,service condition and operation management experience of Jinguan Copper Corporation＇s 1 450 kt / a copper smelting acid system are described. In the actual production,the high temperature heat pipe boiler has ever the problems of weld crack,off gas leakage,and water leakage from the water jacket etc. After the technical personnel implemented the modification of the boiler body and related parts,the high temperature heat pipe boiler failure rate is 0,and the amount of evaporation can reach 10 t / h.
