摘要
采用乙醇回流法提取曼陀罗总生物碱,并对提取条件进行优化。首先采用单因素试验考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度、p H等因素对曼陀罗总生物碱提取效果的影响,再以此四因素进行L9(34)正交试验以确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明:曼陀罗中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度60℃、提取时间2 h、提取剂乙醇浓度75%、料液比1∶15(g/m L)。
The extraction process for Datura stramonium L. total alkaloids by the method of alcohol refluxing was optimized. Four process conditions including extraction temperature and time,alcohol concentrationand,solid/solvent ratio were investigated for their effect on the extraction efficiency of Datura stramonium L.total alkaloids and optimized using an L9(34) orthogonal array design. Results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction temperature of 60 ℃,extraction time of 2 h,alcohol concentration 75 %,and solid/solvent ratio of 1 ∶ 15(g/m L).
