摘要
通过模拟日光对普通粘胶纤维和阻燃粘胶纤维进行辐照处理,分析辐照对粘胶纤维性能的影响。结果表明:经过辐照处理,纤维的相对平均分子量、聚合度、极限氧指数、结晶度及热学性能均有不同程度的下降;除热失重质量残存率外,阻燃粘胶纤维各项性能的下降幅度均高于普通粘胶纤维;纤维的断裂强度随着辐照时间的增加不断下降,而断裂伸长率随着辐照时间的增加而不断上升;普通粘胶纤维与阻燃粘胶纤维力学性能变化速率的最大区间分别在150~300h与50~150h。
Analyze the influence of irradiation on performance of viscose fibers by carrying out irradiation treatment for ordinary viscose fibers and flame retardant viscose fibers with simulated sunlight.Researches show that the relative average molecular weight,degree of polymerization of fiber,limiting oxygen index,crystallinity and thermal properties of viscose fibers are all decreased after irradiation treatment.What's more,the decreasing amounts of all performances of flame retardant viscose fiber are larger than those of ordinary viscose fiber except thermo-gravimetric quality survival rate.The breaking strength of the fibers was constantly falling with the increase in irradiation time increasing while the elongation at break continuously rises with the increase in irradiation time.The maximum intervals of performance change rate of ordinary viscose fibers and flame retardant viscose fibers are150~300h and 50~150h respectively.
