吸气参数对纺织企业不同类型空压机性能影响的研究分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用实验测试与理论计算相结合的分析方法,探讨吸气参数对纺织企业常用空压机性能的影响。结果表明:离心式空压机运行效率高于螺杆式空压机;空压机吸气参数与其性能关系密切,温度每增加1℃,变频螺杆式空压机全效率与多变效率分别降低约0.678%、0.898%,离心式空压机分别降低约0.517%、0.832%;含湿量每增加1g/kg(干空气),螺杆机效率分别降低约0.457%、0.644%,离心机效率分别降低约0.277%、0.438%;焓每增加1kJ/kg(干空气),螺杆机效率分别降低约0.155%、0.235%,离心机效率分别降低约0.125%、0.151%;当进口空气参数变化时,螺杆机较离心机效率变化更明显,且对于同类型空压机,当吸气参数改变时,其多变效率较全效率变化更显著。 This paper discussed the effects of suction parameters on performances of common air compressors in textile enterprises by using the analytical method with the combination of experimental measurement and theoretical calculation.As shown in the result,the operating efficiency of centrifugal compressor is higher than that of rotary screw air compressor.The compressor's suction parameters have close relations to their performances. When the suction temperature of air compressor increase by 1℃,the overall efficiency and polytropic efficiency of variable frequency screw compressor will decrease by 0.678% and 0.898%respectively while those of the centrifugal compressor will decrease by 0.517% and 0.832%respectively;when the moisture content of air compressor increase by 1g/kg(dry air),such efficiencies of screw compressor will decrease by 0.457% and 0.644% respectively while such efficiencies of centrifugal compressor will decrease by 0.277% and 0.438%respectively.When the specificsuction enthalpy of air compressor increases by 1kJ/kg(dry air),such efficiencies of screw compressor will increase by 0.155%and 0.235%respectively while such efficiencies of centrifugal compressor will decrease by 0.125% and 0.151%respectively.And when the inlet air parameter changes,the performance variation of screw compressor is more obvious than that of centrifugal compressor.For air compressors of the same type,when the suction parameters change,the polytropic compression efficiency changed more remarkably than overall efficiency.
