摘要
织物作为人体的贴身材料,具有保护人体皮肤的作用,其接触舒适性是衡量织物品质的重要指标之一,与皮肤不当的摩擦会影响人体着装的舒适感,甚至危害人体健康,因而测试与研究织物与皮肤间摩擦特性对提高服装舒适性具有重要意义。文章总结对比了国内外常用的织物与皮肤摩擦特性测试原理和方法,从织物性质、人体的性别、年龄、体表部位及摩擦外界条件分析了对皮肤与织物间摩擦特性的影响,指出在测试设备方面,应进一步扩大设备适用范围、提高精度和操作方便性;在皮肤模拟材料方面,应对皮肤模拟材料的表面特征和组织结构进行更深入研究。
As materials close to human skin,textiles the key to protect the human skin,so contact comfort property is an important index of textiles quality.Improper friction can influence human's dressing comfort and even lead to skin health problems,so testing and studying the friction characteristics of textile and skin is great significance to the improvement of the garment comfort.Therefore,this paper summarized and compared the domestic and overseas common principles and methods for testing the fabric-skin friction characteristics.The influences of fabric-skin friction property were analyzed from the property of textiles,gender,age,the body parts and friction environment.In terms of testing equipment,it is pointed out that further expanding applicable scope of the devices and improving the precision and operational convenience are required.In terms of the skin simulation material,more in-depth studies on the surface characteristics and organizational structure of the skin simulation material need to be carried out.
