摘要
在新课改及教师教育一体化的背景下,对师范生的"教师技能"课程体系以及培养模式进行改革与创新,是为基础教育输送合格师资的重要保障.本文主要介绍了"教师技能"课程的逆向教学设计模式和非课程开发的研究与实践,并建构出二者双线耦合、协同发展的课程框架.
Under the background of new curriculum reform and the integration of teacher education,reforming and innovating the curriculum system and training pattern of normal university students’ "teachers’ skills",is an important guarantee of transporting qualified teachers for basic education. This paper mainly introduces the reverse teaching design patterns of"teachers’ skills"course,as well as the research and practice of non-curriculum development,then constructs the curriculum framework of double coupling and coordinated development.
