协商民主在构建和谐党群关系中的问题研究

新形势下,加强社会主义协商民主建设,不断丰富中国特色社会主义民主政治的内涵,为实现党群关系的和谐、优化指明了方向。协商民主有利于保障权力行使的公正性,有利于保障和实现人民群众的利益诉求,同时也有利于巩固党的执政地位,提高党的执政能力。面对协商主体缺乏实质性平等,协商程序缺乏公开透明,协商过程中公众参与性不足等问题,要积极提高群众参政热情,在协商主体平等对话、协商程序公开透明和广大人民群众的积极参与中构建和谐党群关系。

Under the new situation,strengthening the socialist democracy construction and constantly enriching the connotation of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics has pointed the direction for realizing the harmony and optimization of the relationship between the party and the masses.This will help protect the impartiality of the exercise of power and help protect the interests of realization of the demands of the people;at the same time,it is also conducive to consolidating the party＇s ruling status and conducive to improving the party＇s ability to govern.Faced with the lack of substantive equality of consultation body,lack of open and transparent consultative process and lack of public participation in the negotiation process and inadequate of public participation,we should improve the participation enthusiasm of the masses and construct a harmonious Party-mass relationship by equal dialogue,open and transparent consultation process and active participation of the masses.
