摘要
对企业培训来说,"互联网+"不应该仅仅是简单的互联网技术接入,而是对整个企业培训工作,甚至人才发展战略的升级和重建。企业培训要实现跨越发展,必须牢固树立并灵活运用好用户思维、跨界思维、大数据思维和差异化思维等互联网思维,把握战略定位,实现课程研发、线上师资拓展、营销模式等方面的创新。
"Internet plus"does not simply mean the access technology to the Internet,but the upgrading and restructuring of the corporate talent development strategy.Enterprise must chiefly focuses on and flexibly make use of the user terminals,mobile Internet,trans-boundary integration and big data to achieve a leapfrog development in the corporate training.To be specific,enterprise should follow its strategic posture,lay emphasis on R D,offer online faculty service,improve marketing etc.
